Ranch Pork Chops

This is a really quick yet really good dinner. There are 3 ingredients and that's it!  This was perfect with pork chops but I also think this would work great with chicken.  Pork chops were on sale for really cheap at the grocery store so I picked some up without a plan of what to do with them. After looking through my pantry and fridge, I decided to try the combination of ranch dressing and breadcrumbs. I will definitely be using this recipe again for a quick and delicious weeknight meal!

All of the ingredients that are listed are not in measurements as the amount of dressing and breadcrumbs you need depends on how many pork chops you are making.

Ranch Pork Chops

Boneless pork chops (or chicken)
Ranch dressing
Bread crumbs (I used Italian style)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.

Place ranch dressing in one bowl and bread crumbs in another.  Coat pork in ranch dressing then in bread crumbs.

Bake until cooked though, approximately 20 minutes (will take longer for thicker cuts of meat).
