Happy New Year! Top 12 Posts of 2012

Happy New Year!  I hope everyone is looking forward to the start of a new year!  I thought I'd take some time to share my favorite 12 recipes from 2012.  It seems like I did a lot of cooking last year!

Chicken Chili
This has to be one of the best chili recipes I've ever tried.  It's colorful, light and so delicious!  This is the perfect thing to make on a Sunday afternoon!

Panera Copy Cat Mac and Cheese
This version of Mac and Cheese is honestly the best version Matt and I have ever tried-if you haven't made this yet, I highly recommend this one!

Mexican Stuffed Shells
Who knew how good Mexican and Italian fusion food can be?  I had this recipe bookmarked for a really long time and when I finally got around to making it, I was kicking myself for not making it sooner!

Baked Oatmeal
I love making this oatmeal for breakfast-it makes a ton so it's perfect for entertaining and there are always enough leftovers to enjoy for a few days afterwards.

BBQ Chicken Pasta
I had no idea this pasta dish would be this good.  If you are a fan of BBQ sauce, you will love this recipe!

French Onion Soup
I love this soup on a cold, rainy day!  It makes the house smell fabulous and is so comforting and delicious-this is a favorite in our house for sure!

Beef Wellington Hand Pies
This is a perfect weeknight meal that sounds fancy and has all the flavors of beef Wellington in cute little packages!

Bacon Ranch Pasta with Spinach and Tomatoes
This was another surprise pasta dish for us-the name sounds a little odd, but this recipe is so good!

Roasted Root Vegetables
This is my new go-to side dish.  It's easy to make, and absolutely delicious!  It's so simple I can't believe I haven't made it before!

Buffalo Wing Hummus
If you're looking for an appetizer to make, this is it.  I love how it actually makes something that is buffalo flavored healthy!

Chicago Deep Dish Pizza
Matt and I love our pizza nights.  This is a fun way to change up your typical pizza!

Turkey Cranchiladas
Yum!  This is the perfect way to use up those turkey (or chicken leftovers)-or just to make when you want to eat something delicious!  It's best when made with homemade cranberry sauce!
